Tchibo is a small coffee shop and housewares store that also sells random
things like undershirts and evidently also phone SIM cards. Devin's mountain
of advanced research determined that these would be our best bet for using
our phones in Germany, so we stopped here at their store in Bitburg and set
up cell accounts.
